Katt Williams opened 2024 by declaring to Shannon Sharpe’s viewers that “all lies will be exposed.” Fast-forward a year, and the comedian seemingly wasn’t too far off with his prediction. Before 2024 wrapped, he spoke to GQ about what he sees for 2025. Let’s break it down.
How Katt Williams Ate Up 2024 With His Diddy Prediction
For 24 seconds in his nearly three-hour interview with Sharpe, the comedian went IN.
“All of these big d**k deviants is all catching hell in 2024. It’s up frp all of them. It don’t matter if it’s Diddy or whoever you is. T.D. Jakes any of them. All lies will be exposed. That’s all. And anyone who takes that the wrong way know why they take it the wrong way. The truth is the light,” Williams said. “I know so many things I shouldn’t know and they all know it.”
Nearly three months after that interview dropped, the feds raided Diddy’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles. Another two months later, CNN released a video of Combs putting hands and feet on his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway. By that point, it had been months since the singer sued him for sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking. They settled on undisclosed terms 24 hours later in November 2023. But then, the lawsuit floodgates opened. Women, men, and anonymous accusers have sued him over 10 times in one year.
Needless to say, 2024 DEFINITELY became the “year of truth” after Diddy’s woes escalated to a felony arrest for racketeering and sex trafficking. He’s still locked up in a Brooklyn jail and will be there until his trial starts on May 5.
Elsewhere in his talk with Shannon, Williams claimed that he’s turned down deals worth millions to swerve uncomfortable demands. “Because P. Diddy be wanting to party,” Katt said, adding, “and you got to tell him no!”
Katt Williams’ conversation with GQ became public in late November. In it, he elaborated about not liking that Diddy was “walking around scot-free” while allegedly being responsible for Tupac’s death — a common conspiracy theory with no revealed evidence. He accused Combs of being a “demon” that’s part of “cold spiritual warfare going on out here in the real world.”
