The lawyer representing Erik and Lyle Menendez‘s victims, who’re additionally members of the family, is ripping the brand new District Lawyer dealing with their case … and calling the prosecutor a liar.
Lawyer Bryan Freedman, who represents over 20 members of the family of Jose and Kitty Menendez, joined us on “TMZ Reside” Monday and took some photographs at new L.A. County D.A. Nathan Hochman.

Bryan is taking situation with Nathan’s latest interview on CNN, the place he claimed he was open to assembly with the members of the family and Freedman.
Difficulty is … Bryan says Hochman is mendacity about reaching out to the handfuls of relations who wish to see Erik and Lyle launched from jail.
Freedman says Hochman hasn’t contacted any of the victims … apart from Milton Anderson, the one member of the family who’s on the report calling Erik and Lyle cold-blooded killers who need to rot in jail.
The way in which Bryan sees it … Hochman has it out for Erik and Lyle, although he claims he is not biased in opposition to the brothers forward of subsequent month’s listening to on potential resentencing.
